Circular for Affiliated and Associated Clubs regarding Indian Premier League Complimentary Passes for match on 22nd May 2018

All the clubs affiliated and associated to Mumbai Cricket Association are requested to collect the complimentary passes for the Indian Premier League (IPL) match to be played on Tuesday, 22nd May 2018 at Wankhede Stadium from the office of the Association on Sunday, 20th May 2018 from 12.00 noon to 05.00 pm
and Monday, 20th May 2018 from 12.00 noon to 07.30 pm.
They shall carry a declaration displayed on the Association’s website preferably on their Letter head before collecting their passes.
The distribution of complimentary passes for the above mentioned IPL match to players and match officials entitled will commence on Sunday, 20th May 2018 from 2.00 pm to 05.00 pm and Monday, 20th May 2018 from 12.00 noon to 07.30 pm.
Note:
- If the Player/Match Official is not collecting the passes in person he/she shall have to send “SIGNED AUTHORITY LETTER” in favour of the person who he/she authorizes. (Emails sent to Mumbai Cricket Association shall not be deemed to be Authority Letter unless the authorized person carries in person the signed letter.)
- No person will be entitled to more than 2 Authorization.
AN APPEAL:
A WOMEN’S EXHIBITION MATCH WILL BE PLAYED AT 02.00 PM PRECEDING THE IPL QUALIFIER MATCH. A REQUEST TO ALL PASS HOLDERS TO ATTEND AND MAKE IT A SUCCESS
