Notification for Inviting Proposal for PVC/RFID Registration Cards
Mumbai Cricket Association requires all the players to be registered with the Association in order for them to be eligible to participate in MCA conducted tournaments. There are different categories of registration which are Maidan Club, Office Club and School/College team. The player is required to fill a form and submit the required documents to MCA for verification in order to get registered. The Association proposes to issue registration cards (PVC/RFID cards – Credit card size) to all the players henceforth and hence we require you to send us your proposal on the same.
Requirements
1.
Size of card: Credit Card size
2.
Details to be printed on the card:
a.
Name
b.
Date of Birth
c.
Photograph
d.
Address
e.
Registered clubs (Maidan, Office, School/College)
3.
Qty: 15000 approx.
4.
The cards need to be printed on demand at MCA Office.
5.
Base cards can be printed and brought to MCA for printing of variable data.
6.
Printing machine to be provided by vendor.
7.
RFID Cards along with reading devices.
8.
Software needs to be designed as per MCA’s requirement
9.
Annual Contract with one manpower deployment.
10.
Designing of the Registration forms with serial no.
11.
Profile creation of every registered player with updates
