Applications for appointment as Project Management Consultant for Renovation of Hospitality Boxes at Wankhede Stadium

Mumbai Cricket Association would be undertaking the renovation of Hospitality Boxes at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Association invites applications from reputed organizations to be appointed as Project Management Consultant who fulfill following eligibility criteria.
3. Company should have experience of Design and supervising minimum 3 similar projects with a budget over Rs. 50,00,000 each.
Scope Of Work:
1. Prepare the drawing as per Existing Plan.
2. To Prepare Interior Design, Drawings, Fixing of Specification and Execution of Drawing in details with 3D views and provide hard copy in 3 sets.
3. Prepare line diagram for utility and services.
4. Prepare BOQ and Tender document.
5. To assist the Association for selection of Contractor.
6. Execution of Work as per approved Tender and to certify work by joint inspection with representatives of the Association.
Submission of Documents:
Interested agencies should submit following details in a sealed envelope at the office of the Association along with offer letter.
1. Company Profile with Details of Qualified Staff Members with 10 years’ experience of relevant field.
2. List of completed work and work in hand along with clients’ letters for last five years. (Completion Certificate, Recent Work orders)
Last Date for submission of EOI is 28th June 2023 till 06.00 pm. EOI should be submitted with Title “Renovation of Hospitality Boxes at Wankhede Stadium” addressed to:
