Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) invites expression of interest from reputed event management companies having an experience of at least 5 years in handling sport events in the past to organise and manage the Mumbai Cricket Association’s felicitation function to be held on 29th October 2021 at Wankhede Stadium to honour:
1. Shri Sunil Gavaskar on completion of 50 years of his Test match debut
2. Shri DilipVengsarkar on naming of a stand at Wankhede Stadium
3. Centenary year of Late Shri MadhavMantri
Eligibility criteria:
1. Company should be registered as LLP or Private limited.
2. Company should be in existence and working from minimum last 5 years.
3. Company should have an annual turnover of Rs. 1 crore excluding the pandemic period.
4. Company should have experience of handling sport celebrity & events in past.
5. Company should be solvent and have good market credibility
6. Company should be Mumbai based and with proper office and minimum 8 team members
Please send your company profile along with list of events handled in the past in sealed envelope to Hon. Secretary / Treasurer, MCA before 6 p.m. on or before 13th October 2021. Shortlisted companies will be invited for the site visit and further discussions on 14th October 2021.
