Expression of Interest from Structural and Civil Consultants/Quantity Surveyors
Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) invites expression of interest from Structural and Civil Consultants/Quantity Surveyors having an experience of 15 years in the consulting engineering /Quantity Surveying practice for miscellaneous works in Wankhede Stadium, D Road, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020.
Estimated value of entire work will be Rs.7 crores. The work may have to be done in stages.
a.
Work Involved
Work is a re tendering job and the work to be carried out is listed (BOQ attached), but not limited to SOP attached with the notice. Specifications for BOQ may have to be reworked and redrafted. Work to be executed at site includes Structural Repairs, Painting, Waterproofing, Fabrication work, False Ceiling work, compound wall etc. for which the tender procedure will have to be carried out by the consultant. Work is limited up to finalisation of tender and does not include supervision of work.
b.
Qualifications and Experience
Consulting firms must have following qualification:
•
Minimum 15 years in practice
•
Should have a staff of minimum 2 Graduate Engineers with 2 years experience/ diploma holders with 4 years experience
•
Should be registered with Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai as Structural Consultant.
•
Should be on the Panel of Govt. / Semi Government or should have worked on minimum 2 jobs for them; alternatively should have worked as a consultant for at least 5 corporate companies on their projects.
•
Should have 10 years experience of working on tenders as per SOP attached with this notice.
c.
Essential Requirement
•
Name of the owner/partner director with qualifications who will be responsible for the work and available for meetings.
•
Preference will be given to the consultant having experience of estimation and tendering as per DSR
•
Experience in carrying out structural audit and report
d.
Essential Documents (Consultant is likely to be disqualified without the following documents)
Following documents may be presented at the time of meeting with short listed consultants
•
At least one tender (hard / soft copy) in compliance with SOP
•
Certificate of registration with MCGM / PWD / CPWD / on the panel of Govt. Or semi governments
•
Recommendations and work orders of at least two/three projects
Please quote with biodata of your company and fees in sealed envelope for above work to Hon. Secretary / Treasurer, MCA before 6 p.m. on or before 13th October 2021. Tenders will be opened next day and the negotiations will start with the selected consultant on the next day.
