Tender for LED Floodlighting system with DMX controls at Wankhede Stadium

Sealed tenders are invited for the proposed LED Floodlighting system with DMX controls at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai
 
Mumbai Cricket Association, invites proposals for Survey, Design, Supply, Installation, Aiming, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance (Five years after two-year DLP and 10 years product warrantee on all LED fixture) of LED Luminaires and DMX systems at Wankhede Stadium
 
Agencies who meet the following criteria are only eligible to bid for the work and hence such agencies shall collect the tender document from the office of Mumbai Cricket Association, Wankhede Stadium, Churchgate, Mumbai – 400 020 on payment of Rs. 15,000/- in cash (non-refundable) on any working day between 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 26/07/2024 to 02/08/2024 (both days inclusive). The bidder shall pay Earnest money deposit of Rs. 10,00,000/- in the form of Demand draft in favour of “Mumbai Cricket Association” from a Nationalised bank with their proposals at the time of submission of tender document.
 
Eligibility Criteria
Lighting firms with considerable experience in design and implementation of such world class lighting systems are invited to submit their bids.
 
The OEM must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
 
1.
OEM should be operating in India for at least 15 years and should have dedicated team for after sales and service support.
2.
The average annual turnover in the last three years should be not less than Rs. 400 Crores in B2B Professional lighting business. The same shall be established with declared and publicly available documents like Annual reports etc. to qualify for participating in this Tender.
3.
The OEM should have executed and commissioned similar work of international level cricket stadium flood lighting in India.
4.
The OEM should have completed at least two works with LED Sports lighting stadium complying to international illumination lux level with Telecasting provision under authority of State / Central Govt/ Private reputed customer and having a magnitude of minimum 5 Crores in India.
5.
The OEM should have an experience of commissioning DMX system in stadium in India.
6.
The OEM should have experience of installing luminaires on High Mast at least 2 cricket stadiums.
7.
Lighting firm should have own or dedicated vendor manufacturing facility for High Wattage LED fixtures (more than 1000W) in India.
8.
The Lighting firm is to submit the bid directly or provide an authorization letter to their Vendor with Tender, but the lighting firm shall be responsible for Survey, all design support, installation, aiming, testing and commissioning, Operation and Maintenance (minimum five years) of the sports lighting systems and its performance. The Lighting Firm should also provide a warranty against manufacturing defects on led flood light and control gear for a period of 10 years after two-years DLP.
9.
OEM should have in house and dedicated expert lighting design team for doing Lighting design and also should have in-house and dedicated technical engineering & services team for aiming, field measurements, commissioning & programming of the DMX system and services. Necessary Declaration Documents as proof for the above will have to be submitted by OEM.
10.
The OEM should have NABL accredited Test Laboratory in India with capability to check all photometric parameters.
 
Mumbai Cricket Association reserve the right to accept / reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason thereof.
Techno-Commercial proposals duly completed in all respects will be received in the office of the Mumbai Cricket Association, Wankhede Stadium, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020, on or before 05/08/2024 at 3:00 p.m.
