TENDER NOTICE
Tenders in Sealed Covers are invited for Sponsorship for Dr.H.D.Kanga League Cricket League tournament 2015.
ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
Dr. H.D.Kanga Cricket League tournament is the only monsoon cricket tournament in the world. The tournament has been played in Mumbai since 1948. Many India team players like Sunil Gavaskar, DilipVengsarkar, Sanjay Manjrekar, Sachin Tendulkar, Zaheer Khan have played in this prestigious tournament. The said tournament will be played at Azad, Cross, Oval, Shivaji Park and Matungamaidans. Further details can be obtained from the undersigned during office hours, except Sundays & Bank Holidays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
Every sealed Tender shall be accompanied by the following information:
a) Names and addresses of all the Partners/Directors/Proprietors of Tenderer firm or company/agency
b) Registration Number of the/Firm/Company/Agency.
c) Names and Addresses of the bankers
d) A Certificate to the effect that none of the Partners /Directors/Proprietors/Employees are a Member of the Managing Committee/Sub Committee of MCA.
e) Permanent Account Number of the Tenderer and their Partners, Proprietors and Directors

MCA reserves the right at its discretion to reject/accept any Tender/s without assigning any reason whatsoever.

MCA reserves the right to negotiate the amount of bid after opening the Tenders before offering the Contract in the larger interest of the
Association provided, however that amount of bid is Rs. 1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Five Lacs only) + Service Tax and above.
4.
All Tenders shall be accompanied by non-interest bearing earnest
money of Rs. 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) by a Bank demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in favourof Mumbai Cricket Association on a scheduled Bank encashableat Mumbai.
5.
The last date for submitting the sealed Tender is 16th July 2015 on or before 3.00 pm at the Office of the Mumbai Cricket Association.

MCA grants the Sponsors exclusive Sponsorship rights of the Dr.H.D.Kanga League Cricket Tournament 2015 subject to the Terms and Conditions laid down herein below.
a) Sponsors name will be mentioned alongwith the name of the tournament.
b) Sponsor shall be entitled to coverage in the newspapers, MCA published Kanga League Book, Scoresheets, Website, Social Media and any other material printed by the Association for Dr.H.D.Kanga League.
c) Sponsor will be entitled to a backdrop during the Prize Distribution function.
d) Any other right/s pertaining to Dr.H.D.Kanga League 2015 as may be deemed fit by MCA.
