Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Ordinary Members Representatives Card for voting at Special General Body Meeting.
Please make a note that it is mandatory for the representatives of ordinary clubs to carry their Club Representative Card for voting at the Special General Body Meeting to be held on 10th March 2023.
The Ordinary Member Clubs can collect new Representative Card incase of change of representative or loss of existing representative card. New /Duplicate Representative Cards shall be issued against the letter duly signed by the Authorised Signatory of the Club on Club Letterhead mentioning the change of representation / loss of card.
New / Duplicate Representative Cards can be collected from Office of the Association from Saturday, 04th March 2023 between 11.00 am to 05.00 pm (except 05th March & 07th March 2023). Last Date for submission of duly filled Representative Cards is 08th March 2023 till 05.00 pm.
The Representative Cards issued during the Election of the Apex Council held in year 2022 shall be considered valid incase if there is no change of representative of the Club.
