Mumbai Cricket Association would be undertaking the re-development of Wankhede Stadium ground at Mumbai. Association invites applications from reputed organizations to be appointed as Project Management Consultant with an experience of development of outfield of International Ground.
1. Name Of Work :
Re-development of International Cricket Ground,
Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
2. Work Period :
3-4 Months
3. Scope Of Work :
Work to be executed at site includes sub-base preparation, drainage system,
grassing work, pop sprinkler system etc. for which the tender procedure will
have to be carried out by the consultant. Consultant will be required to prepare
an estimated budget for the work to be executed. Consultant will be required to supervise the work,
certify the bills and certify the quality of work. Work has to be done in a
time bound manner and in confirmation with the International standards.
4. Experience & Qualification:
Company should have :
1. Civil Engineers / Architects / Horticulturist / Qualified Staff with
15 years experience of design & execution of system for international
sports ground specially development of outfield of cricket ground or equivalent sports ground
2. Experience of underground drainage system with specified filter media and sprinkler system to provide uniform irrigation to the ground
3. Experience of sand base grass route zone with specified combination as per specification of applicable grass.

Envelope A to contain the following:
1. Company Profile with Details of Qualified Staff Members.
2. Experience certificates / completion certificates of work in last five
years issued by clients
3. Details of work in hand
Envelope B to contain the following:

Each EOI must be delivered in hard copy to the following address:

and must be received by 5.00 pm on or before Monday, 7th November 2022. Any
EOIs received after this deadline will not be considered unless MCA decides
otherwise at its sole discretion. MCA reserves the right to accept or reject
any proposal without assigning reasons.
