Sub: Eighty Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Mumbai Cricket Association
The Coronavirus pandemic has brought all cricketing activities to a standstill. The Government of Maharashtra has made all the efforts to control the spread of the virus and as such they have prohibited all social gatherings.
The Apex Council has decided to hold the 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 18th December 2020 at Wankhede Stadium ground. The Association has requested to the State Government to allow holding of the AGM at the Wankhede Stadium with physical presence of the members. The permission from the State Government is still awaited. In case permission for physical meeting is not granted, then the AGM will be held through video conferencing.
You are therefore requested to kindly intimate to us the name of the representative of your Club along with his mobile number and email id who will be attending the 84th AGM latest by Thursday, 3rd December 2020 by 6.00 pm. The intimation may be delivered physically or a scanned copy e-mailed to the Association at mcacrik@mumbaicricket.com.
If your Club does not send any intimation to this effect before the above mentioned deadline it will be presumed that there is no change in the representative of your club and only the person who represented your club at the last MCA Election will be eligible to attend the meeting.
