In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court taking up the BCCI matter and adjourning it to 11th May 2018, the Administrators appointed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court thought it fit to approach the Hon’ble Bombay High Court to bring this development to the notice of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. This is because the Hon’ble Supreme Court may make some more suggestions which the Mumbai Cricket Association will have to consider while amending the constitution. The Hon’ble Bombay High Court was therefore moved by taking out a notice of motion and Hon’ble Bombay High Court has extended the date for holding the Special General Meeting to 15/6/2018 and the date for completing the process of election to 31/7/2018.
