| Instructions of the Times Cricket Shield Tournament |

| 1. |
Shown within brackets in the draw against the match numbers are : |

| |
a. |
Numbers G-1, G-2,…….. represents the grounds provisionally allotted by the Committee for relevant matches which can be read with the help of list of grounds provided elsewhere in this booklet. However, the concerned clubs should confirm the booking with the ground authorities well in advance. |

b. |
Numbers U-1, U-2,..........represents the names of Umpires nominated to the matches. |
| |
|
|
| |
c. |
Mubai Cricket Association will directly send umpires to the venue for supervising the matches. |
| |
| 2. |
All matches shall be played on the dates and grounds fixed by the Committee. Participating clubs shall not mutually arrange for postponement of the match or change the venue for any reason whatsoever. |

| 3. |
Team on the top in the printed order of draw shall book the ground and intinate the Time Cricket Shield and Secretary of Board of Umpires in writing about the venue of the match at least four days before the day of the match. |

| 4. |
Team on the top in the printed order of draw should collect the score Sheet and Cricket Balls from the Times Cricket Shield Office at least 4 working days prior to the match. Used / unused cricket balls along with the Score Sheet duly filled & signed by the Umpires and Secretaries of the participating clubs should be returned to the Times Cricket Shield Office 48 hours of completion of the match. |

| 5. |
The ground charges and umpiring charges as specified by the Mumbai Cricket Association should be paid to the concerned persons immediately on completion of the match. |

| 6. |
All the players should carry their MCA Registration Cards with them and should show the same if the Sectretary / Captain / Umpires demands for it. |
