Directives of the Committee of Administrators for ticket distribution for IPL matches
1. Maidan Club Members ::
a.
Any of the Authorized Signatories of the Club should preferably come to collect their Club Quota of passes in person.
b.
They shall carry a declaration displayed on our website preferably on their Letter head before collecting their passes.
c.
Please carry any government approved photo identity with you.
d.
In case the authorized signatories are unable to come in person to collect their passes, they may issue an authority letter to a designated person to collect their passes, the authority letter must be signed by one of the authorized signatories and the signature of the designated person must be verified and certified by the authorized signatory in the letter itself. They shall carry a declaration displayed on our website preferably on their Letter head before collecting their passes.

The person coming to collect these passes shall carry a government approved photo identity with him/her.
2. Office and College Clubs ::
a.
Any of the Authorized Signatories of the Club should preferably come to collect their Club Quota of passes in person.

They shall carry a declaration displayed on our website preferably on their Letter head before collecting their passes.

The person coming to collect these passes shall carry a government approved photo identity and his office identity with him/her.
3. Players and Umpires ::
a.
Player or Umpire should preferably come to collect their Club Quota of passes in person.
b.
Please carry any government approved photo identity with you.
c.
In case the player or umpire is unable to come in person to collect their passes, they may issue an authority letter to a designated person to collect their passes, the authority letter must be signed by Player or Umpire and the signature of the person authorized to collect on their behalf must be verified and certified by the player or umpire.
d.
The person coming to collect these passes shall carry a government approved photo identity with him/her.
e.
Please note these tickets are not transferable or saleable and must be utilized by the player or umpire himself or his family members.
