He has been elected as the Member of the Managing Committee in the Biennial Election held on 17th June 2015 for the forth term.

He represents “Worli Cricket Club” on the Association and is employed with Maharashtra State Road Transportation Corporation.

Arvind is an active grassroots worker, who helps a number of junior cricketers at Cross and Azad Maidan. He has served as Managing Committee member of M.C.A. during 2003-2005.

He has represented MSRT Corpn. for 33 years in various tournaments. He was the captain as well as Hon. Secretary of the club. He is also a member of Staff Welfare Committee, MSRTC, Mumbai, having staff of 1,500 persons.

He has served as the Hon. Secretary of the Dr H D Kanga League Committee since October 2012 before which he served as Hon. Secretary for Board Of Umpires for 4 years and he has also served on players Registration Committee and the Maidan Committee of the Association. His experience as cricketer and Administrator is useful in Managing Committee.

He is closely associated with Sahara Foundation as a Hon. Secretary, which gives scholarships and endowments to promising cricketers year after year.

He has worked hard to find employment and Working Contracts for young cricketers in Mumbai.
